Description
Triple Strength Low Moisture Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning Solution
ZipDri Encap TS allows the carpet cleaning professional to take advantage of the many strengths of a low moisture soil encapsulation system such as eliminating wicking and reoccurring spills; tripled cleaning productivity rates; extending the carpet life-cycle, greatly reduced area downtime; and positive appearance management.
ZipDri Encap TS keeps carpet looking its very best with less effort and increased productivity. ZipDri Encap TS is the most ultra-concentrated encapsulation cleaner on the market, utilizing only 2 to 4 ounces of solution per gallon of water. ZipDri Encap TS is the only encapsulation cleaner that contains Tritanol™ – an integrated blend of specialized encapsulating polymers, organic sequestrants, and specialty surfactants. Tritanol helps separate ground in soiling from the carpet fiber, encapsulates soil and holds it in suspension, and makes it easier for subsequent vacuuming to extract more soil than conventional encapsulation cleaners. ZipDri Encap TS does so much more than dry down to a brittle, non-resoiling residue.
It cleans better. Lasts longer, and helps carpet stay cleaner longer. ZipDri Encap TS can be effectively used with virtually any low moisture agitation system – CRCB (Counter-rotating cylindrical brush); triple planetary rotary brush; oscillating or orbital brush or pad; and with absorbent bonnet pads. When carpets are cleaned according to directions with ZipDri Encap TS, you will experience drying times between 10 minutes and an hour.
There is no faster, easier way to make carpet look better and stay cleaner longer. ZipDri Encap TS will work wonders on commercial glue down carpets, but can be safely and effectively used on synthetic and wool commercial and residential carpet. Best of all, ZipDri Encap TS leaves the room smelling clean and refreshed, and qualifies as a SafeClean formula. With ZipDri Encap TS and the right solution applicator and agitation machine, you can experience cleaning rates of up to 5000 square feet per hour.
