ADC™ Diverter Heat Control System

The Maxx Performance Series uses an exclusive new heat system technology that controls temperature without dumping hot water into the waste tank. Coupling a thermostat to an actuator, temperature is controlled by opening and closing the stainless steel diverter valve. Solution temperature can be varied between 160° to 250°F or turned off for flood restoration work.

An Extra Large 100 Gallon Recovery Tank

Comes standard on the Maxx. Constructed of marine grade aluminum, the tank features a reversible lid, a high efficiency vacuum relief valve, and a stainless steel lint basket. The basket is easy to remove and clean making daily maintenance less of a chore.

The Maxx 470 is definitely a high performance Truckmounts. From a “top speed” heat of 250°F to its incredible sustained heat performance, no other heat exchanger equipped machine comes close to matching the 470. Added to the superior heat is the unmatched vacuum performance. By designing the flow of the vacuum system with thoughtfulness and intelligence, our team of engineers has been able to maximize air flow and solution recovery. NEW is the creation of a turbo diesel model (pictured above), with the same superior performance.

Longevity

Because we choose major components like cast iron, that are designed for long term use, the Maxx is capable of going the distance. The engine is built around a cast iron block giving it unsurpassed dependability and longevity. The vacuum blower is designed to run smoother and quieter than any other blower in our industry. It features oil bath lubrication on both ends to reduce bearing temperatures and increase component life. The frame is designed of extra heavy duty components to reduce vibration, increasing the life of all other components. This is a solid, long lasting machine, one that will still be producing revenue many years from now.
